Any refused or unclaimed packages will be charged all actual shipping costs. Shipping carriers charge for both to and return shipments.  

Buyer is responsible for shipping costs for refused, unclaimed shipments/delivery or undelivered due to wrong address, missing parts of your address (apt #, ste #...).
